Apparel

You can return tees and hoodies within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them.

Posters and stickers

Posters, signed posters and sticker sheets are final sale. We can't accept returns or exchanges on them.

How to start a return

Email team@ilovethelights.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping is at your cost.

Different size

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it and cover the shipping. This includes final sale items.
